We stayed at the Big Bear Lodge right on the lake where Tim and Justin Michael took a dip in the cold waters. We rode the GAP (Great Alleghany Passage) trail from Frostburg to a long tunnel just inside the PA state line. We ate twice at the Mountain Brewing Co. nearby. We celebrated Eliza’s first birthday with a ducky cake. We went across the road to a MD state park where we saw 2 raging creeks merge and where we saw Justin Michael in the middle of one creek trying to maneuver from one large boulder to another, much to Valerie’s disapproval.
